This is NOT your bra size! Wear an unpadded bra (your dress will have a built-in bra), Relax arms at sides, Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust.

This is a measurement of your natural waistline, or the smallest part of your waist.

Run tape around natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with floor. Bend to one side to find natural indentation in torso. This is your natural waist.

This is a measurement around fullest part of your buttocks.

Wrap tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually 7-9" below your natural waistline. Keep tape parallel with floor all the way around.

This is the distance from your hollow to the hem of the dress.

Stand straight with bare feet together, hold the measuring tape at your hollow while a friend pulls it down to the length you want your dress.

Take off shoes and stand with your feet flat and your heels touching a wall, have someone mark your height against the wall.

Step away from the wall and, with a tape measure, record the height from the floor to the marked point on the wall.

Use the "Extra Length" to adjust the hem for your heels, i.e., select "2 inch" (5 cm) for 2" heels and "0 inch" for flats.
